Spicy Firecracker Salmon
I pulled this recipe out just for the Preparation Day “blog hop.” Let’s go Asian!!
This is a super yummy, super easy recipe! It’s especially good on the grill but you can do it in the oven and it’s still greatJ
What you will need:
Fresh or frozen wild caught salmon (thawed)
½ c evoo (extra virgin olive oil) or peanut oil
4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1-2 Tbsp. sugar
½ tsp onion powder
2 cloves garlic
1 ½ tsp. of ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp sea salt
2 tsp pepper flakes (hot pepper flakes)
(**I double the marinade so there’s plenty of sauce for the rice)
Marinade 1-4 hrs. Then place on grill at med. Heat until done (keep an eye on it because it doesn’t take long to get done!
Or place in a 425* preheated oven for about 17-19 min. or until salmon flakes easily.
Serve this over rice, with steamed broccoli or if in season, some good old corn on the cob…oh my, it’s so yummyJ
BTW…my pic here is a stock pic…I did this on the fly!
Gooood Preparation day blessings!
